    • Payment is due in a full amount at the time of the registration and includes lunches,
      refreshments and detailed conference materials.
    • Your registration will not be confirmed until the payment is received and may be subject to
      the cancellation.
      Mon Bien Cancellation, Postponement and Substitution Policy
    • You may substitute the delegates at any time by providing reasonable and advance
      written notice to MON BIEN LTD.
    • For any cancellations received in writing written form no later thant less than fifteen (15)15
      (fifteen) days prior to the conference, In the unfortunate circumstance that Mon Bien S.R.O cancels or postpones an event, customers will be entitled to a full 100% refund. Mon Bien does not accept liability for any additional claims, costs or expenses arising from such cancelations and the customer will be entitled to the value of the original booking only.
    • If the above-mentioned conditions are not fulfilled Except as specified above, no credit
      notess will be issued for the cancellation matterss. There are no refunds given under any
      other circumstances.
    • MON BIEN LTD is not responsible for any kind of loss or damage, which occured as a
      result of a substitution, alteration or cancellation/postponement of an event. MON BIEN LTD
      shall assume no liability whatsoever in the eventcase of this the conference is cancelled,
      rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, such as: Act of God, unforeseen
      occurrence or any other event that renders performance of this conference impracticable,
      illegal or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be
      limited to: war, fire, labor strike, extreme weather or other emergency.
    • Please note that, even when the while speakers and topics were are confirmed at the
      time of publishing, circumstances beyond the control of the organizers may necessitate
      substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. As such, MON BIEN
      LTD reserves keeps the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if
      necessary without taking any liability to you whatsoever. Any substitutions or alterations will
      be updated on our web page as soon as possible.

    Discounts

    • All ‘Early Bird’ Discounts must requires the completion of the payment at the time of
      registration and before the cut-off date in order to receive any discount.
    • Any discounts offered whether by MON BIEN LTD (including team discounts) must also
      requires the completion of the payment at the time of registration.
    • All discount offers cannot be combined with any other offerones.

An administration fee of 10% of the contract fee will beretained by MON BIEN LTD for all permitted cancellations. No credit note will be issued forany cancellations occurring within later than fourteen (14)14 (fourteen) days (inclusive) ofbefore the conference.
    • In the eventcase that of cancellation the event for any reason by MON BIEN LTD cancelsan event for any reason, you a customer will receive a 100 % credit note of the amount for100% of the paid contractcontract fee paid. You may use this credit for another MON BIENLTD event to be mutually agreed with MON BIEN LTD, which must occur within one yearfrom the date of cancellation.
    • In the eventcase that of postponement an event for any reason by MON BIEN LTDpostpones an event for any reason and the delegate is unable or unwilling to attend in it onthe rescheduled date, you he/she will receive a credit for 100% of the amount of the paidcontractof the contract fee paid. You may use this credit for another MON BIEN LTD eventto be mutually agreed with MON BIEN LTD, which must occur within one year from the dateof postponement.
