Full payment is required at the time of registration. This payment covers lunches, refreshments, and detailed conference materials. Registrations remain unconfirmed until payment is received and may be canceled if payment is not completed.

You can substitute delegates at any time by providing written notice to MON BIEN LTD in advance.

Cancellation Policy

  • For any cancellations received in writing written form no later thant less than fifteen 15
    days prior to the conference, In the unfortunate circumstance that Mon Bien cancels or postpones an event, customers will be entitled to a full 100% refund. Mon Bien does not accept liability for any additional claims, costs or expenses arising from such cancelations and the customer will be entitled to the value of the original booking only.
  • If the above-mentioned conditions are not fulfilled Except as specified above, no credit
    notes will be issued for the cancellation matterss. There are no refunds given under any
    other circumstances.
  • MON BIEN LTD does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage caused by a substitution, alteration, or cancellation/postponement of an event. Under MON BIEN LTD’s payment and refund policy, the company holds no liability if a conference is canceled, rescheduled, or postponed due to a fortuitous event. A fortuitous event includes an Act of God, unforeseen circumstances, or any situation that makes holding the conference impractical, illegal, or impossible. Examples of such events include war, fire, labor strikes, extreme weather, or other emergencies.
  • Please note that, even when the while speakers and topics were are confirmed at the
    time of publishing, circumstances beyond the control of the organizers may necessitate
    substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. As such, MON BIEN
    LTD reserves keeps the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if
    necessary without taking any liability to you whatsoever. Any substitutions or alterations will
    be updated on our web page as soon as possible.

Discount Policy

  • All ‘Early Bird’ Discounts must requires the completion of the payment at the time of
    registration and before the cut-off date in order to receive any discount.
  • Any discounts offered whether by MON BIEN LTD (including team discounts) must also
    requires the completion of the payment at the time of registration.
  • All discount offers cannot be combined with any other offerones.

Cancellations policy

  • For any cancellations received in writing written form no later thant less than fifteen (15)15(fifteen) days prior to the conference, you will receive a 90% credit note, which to can beused at for another MON BIEN LTD conference, which must occur within one year from thedate of issuance of such credit note. An administration fee of 10% of the contract fee will beretained by MON BIEN LTD for all permitted cancellations. No credit note will be issued forany cancellations occurring within later than fourteen (14)14 (fourteen) days (inclusive) ofbefore the conference.
  • If MON BIEN LTD cancels an event for any reason, you will receive a 100% credit note for the amount of the contract fee paid.
  • This credit can be used for another MON BIEN LTD event. The event must be mutually agreed upon and held within one year from the cancellation date.
  • If MON BIEN LTD postpones an event for any reason and you are unable or unwilling to attend on the rescheduled date, you will receive a credit for 100% of the contract fee paid. This credit can be used for another MON BIEN LTD event, which must be mutually agreed upon and held within one year from the postponement date.
  • If the above-mentioned conditions are not fulfilledExcept as specified above, no creditnotess will be issued for the cancellation matterss. There are no refunds given under anyother circumstances.
